More FS pictures

The goats, which are one of my favorites :-) In the pen where we were allowed, they had pygmy goats, two of which were amputees. That isn't enough, though, to supress the typical goat feistiness. I think we all were head butted at least once. Andrew escaped some serious male specific injury. The brown, sable goat, with an amputated front leg got him really hard on the upper thigh :-)

Awwwwwww... the sweet goat and their amputated body parts... they must be confused without the use of a limb or several limbs... thank goodness there is Farm Sanctuary for them!

I think that the goats in this case lost their limbs to frostbite. They were left out without shelter during the winter. They have prosthetic limbs made for them by Cornell but they seem to be doing pretty good mobility-wise without wearing them.
