Just when I was feeling all sad that I didn't have nice vegan eateries and the such and you all did up there in New York and I was a wishin I lived in New York or Boston or some other metropolitan place a little more veg friendly and a little less red-necky, you made me feel so much better about living here in TN where it was frosty on the ground but all nice and warm (warm being 54 degrees).
I saw some snow coming down last night, but no accumulation...yet. Light those fires and whip out the hot mulled cider- we're in for a 7 month ride!
